Mr.Preethesh, Civil Engineer

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 10 years

Personality: One of the most charming and young professional who is always on site coordinating the various activities on-site in large commercial projects.

Activities : The man in the middle of the action on the various sites where projects are currently underway . Knows what needs to be done, when, how and by whom. Primarily the go-to guy for anything that involves the construction site. The backbone  of all our projects.

Ms. Niveditha, Interior Designer

Qualification: Graduate in Interior Design, B.Sc ID & D

Graduation Year:  2014

Experience: 5 years

Personality: Happy-go-lucky personality with a warm smile and a fast gait, and teeny-bopper looks is a warm and friendly personality.

Activities: She is the star of many interior design projects at Planz Unlimited and is a great client interface person, because of her friendly nature, our projects get going very quickly and conflict with clients ideas are almost nil, as she manages everything with an amiable smile.

Mrs.Geetha, Civil Engineer

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Graduation Year:  2008

Experience: 10 years

Personality: A quiet personality with deep knowledge and highly grounded, her expertise in construction profession is unquestionable and has a deep knowledge of civil engineering which is very rare these days. Introverted & simple yet a top class expert in her own right

Activities: She is the person that does most of the scheduling and planning of most of the site related tasks. Very diligent and hardworking who gets the job done on time every-time is her forte.

Ms.Shruthi, Interior Designer

Qualification: Diploma in Interior Design

Graduation Year:  2013

Experience: 6 years

Personality: A very extroverted person with a great sense of humour who keeps the atmosphere in the office very pleasant & light hearted.

Activities: She is very fond of exploring new concepts in design & materials for various projects, a meticulous designer with an eye for the minutest details in any project of any size. She is the reason for the high quality of deliverables in our interior projects.

Mr.Naveen, Site Engineer

Experience: 25 years

Personality: A very humble person but also a hard taskmaster , one of the most senior members of our team and a warm personality with huge dose of confidence for the job.

Activities: He is the one-man army when it comes to crunch situations on construction site within the city, he is the swiss-army-knife of our team and can manage anything come what may rain or sunshine. He has enabled us to deliver projects under very tight deadlines or impossible deadlines. We call him the man who makes the impossible possible.  

Mr.Guruprasad, Site Engineer
